After constantly reading several Intellectual Property blogs, I decided that my island, Puerto Rico, needed an IP blog of its own. A place where IP Lawyers from the island could chime in on all things Copyright, Trademark and Patent related.

Obtained a Master of Law in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University in 2009 and currently admitted to practice in Puerto Rico, California and the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
